Introduction to DHCP whitelist¶

DHCP Whitelist is a security feature in NACVIEW that controls which devices are allowed to receive IP addresses from the DHCP server. By defining MAC address and IP address object groups in the whitelist, administrators can ensure that only trusted devices can obtain IP addresses from the network’s DHCP server, preventing unauthorized devices from accessing the network through DHCP.
