Endpoint device

Introduction to Endpoint device

Endpoints are devices that connect to the enterprise network and require authorization. They can be computers, laptops, mobile phones, printers, or IoT devices. Each endpoint is identified by its MAC address and can be associated with an Identity (user). Endpoints can be managed locally in NACVIEW or synchronized from external Authorization servers (such as AD or LDAP). The system supports various endpoint types including Planned, New, On stock, In Use, Under Repair, and Decommissioned.
